PRIVACY POLICY

Spenta is developed by Noord Forge Labs. We built Spenta to be private by design. This policy explains, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with your information. The short version: Spenta does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.
What we collect
Nothing. Spenta has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking or SDKs. Noord Forge Labs never receives your data and has no way to access it.
Your data and where it lives
The information you enter into Spenta — your payments, categories, profiles, notes, links, and app settings — is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, that data also syncs through your own private iCloud (Apple CloudKit) database, tied to your Apple ID and accessible only to you. Noord Forge Labs has no access to your iCloud data, and there is no Noord Forge server involved at any point.
Reminders & notifications
If you turn on due-payment reminders, Spenta schedules local notifications on your device. They are generated entirely on-device and are not sent through any external service.
Face ID / Touch ID
If you enable the optional app lock, authentication is handled by iOS. Spenta only receives a success or failure result — your biometric data is managed by the system and is never accessible to the app.
Exports & sharing
You can export your data as a backup file, a CSV spreadsheet, or a PDF report. These files are created on your device and go only where you choose to send or save them through the standard iOS share sheet. Spenta never uploads them anywhere on its own.
Children's privacy
Spenta is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Third parties
Spenta does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only "third party" involved is Apple, and only if you choose to use iCloud sync — in which case Apple's privacy policy applies to that iCloud storage.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
